You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job.
These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as "work at home" because they would hear from too many unqualified people

The only way used by internet surfers is through Google ad sense, for which you have to make your own blogs and submit them to Google to earn from their Google ad sense program, a legit, free way to earn online. This program is very unique and lot of confidence is required to earn. Good luck.

Anything you have to pay for is a scam.
There are free ways but you wont get rich and they take a LOT of work - the only legitimate work at home jobs take real effort, they aren’t easy or fast.
I’ll link to a site talking about different strategies, but you need to be willing to put in effort if you want to make a go of things. (I work online but I make less than I would part time in a real job.)
