i have 1000 e mail id i can use this to promote my on line money making web site.its a cyber crime?

I have collected this id from forwarding e mail wheather this comes under cyber crime

You better read Can Spam Regulation 2009.Just google it and go to wikipedia or any site of your choice.

   No , not at all , you can use email id’s for meaningful use but not misuse it , if you are misusing it , then it is cyber crime ….

   Most of the people may consider this as spam. Reach target audience to using SEO and directory submission. If budget is there, paid adv also be considered.
