HSBC: How much do I need in my account to get money out now?

It seems like they’ve changed it. How much do I need in my account now to pay for something online or buy something at the shops? Over what amount?
Well obviously I’ve checked their website and it’s not there which is why I asked.
DUH

They haven’t actually changed anything. Well they have but it’s not effective until the 1st of November. Sorry I don’t have the answer you’re looking for but I would just call them if you’re not able to buy things or cash them out. I had like £4 in my account (yeah Im broke I know haha) and it wouldn’t allow me to buy a sandwich from sainsburys which was £2. It usually always does but I haven’t been able to lately so I’m sort of in the same boat as you. I’m going to call them tomorrow, I advise you to do the same too :).

Why not ask your Bank. They could be interested. (then you could need even more money than you do now)

They sent me a better with all the changes. If you haven’t got it then you really need to talk to them.
