Are you a Malaysian first of all? If you are then u should try PTPTN but that is after u join your particular college or university first... My parents paid for the 1st semester's fees (luckily) and asked me to work part-time to pay for the rest... which I did. So, during my the course, I went and applied for that stupid government PTPTN loan, which got rejected (talk about unlucky), carried on working part-time, couldn't concentrate, tired, failed motherloads of my subjects, and I eventually stopped half way. But don't worry honey, the rest of my friends got it which means the loan approval probability is very high. Your option now would be to borrow from someone, anyone, but definately not from loan sharks. You can try banks, they have those fast loan thingy you should check out. You could also ask some help from you family or your best of friends. I've been through worse, even my parents won't help, haha, I love them regardless. Just remember, whatever you do or choose, no matter right or wrong, it doesn't matter. Just don't regret it. I've got 2 friends, 1st one got a law degree and hates being lawyer and another's got an engineering degree and realized he loves hospitality. If I get to choose back then, I'll still choose the way I've been through... Life ain't straight, gotta work your way through it... Oh yeah, almost forgot...
