is there money for army kids for college?

im 19, going to college and i dont live with neither of my parents. wondering if there is money for kids who are in college if they have at least one parent in the military. please help

Not from the government, that is only if YOU enlist. Not their dependents…. unless your parent died in the line of duty.

    Yes, at least in Canada. There are some scholarships that can be applied for. You did not say what country you are from, but here, there is a national one, and some regiments and units have them as well, for kids (or members) from those units.

    Talk to your VA rep at your school. Sometimes there are scholarships that specially for children with parents in the service.

    me: my Dad is 10 year vet. Hubby's dad is 20 year retired vet. Nether one of us got a dime.
