i just need to know how can a good father go about getting custody of his kids. no money for and attorney.?
we've been trying to get the kids for 2 years now, no one will help unless you have money, at this time we can't afford an attorney, we just want the kids safe away from her. There best interest is with the father, he's very willing to get his kids. Is child protective services an easy and fast way too get the kids in his care? or is there another fast but non-expensive way a father can get his kids and they're still married, shouldn't he have the rights to get his kids without a problem?
if he does'nt not have money how can he afford children?
I would re-ask this question under legal questions.

Seriously READ this! DO NOT bring in the cps it is NOT worth the problems it will cause. The troubles it will bring to the children is NOT Worth it.
Now, as to the other problems, what is the problem with the mother? And can you support the children if you cant afford an attorney?
Parents share custody unless there is a reason they dont, like here is a legal issue.
MOST people dont know this. Legal custody and physical custody are TWO different things. Both have physical custody because they are the parents. No one has legal custody Unless they go to court and get it.
SO if he is not living with the mother, and He goes to court and gets Legal custody before she does, He can ask the judge for sole custody and he will get the kids.
To do this you need to get the paper work, different places have different rules. you can go to a paralegal and it wont cost much if anything to help get the forms filled out. Then get the marshals to deliver the papers on the mother, different places do this differently, and then show up to court with any evidence that shows she is not a good mother and it is in the kids best interest to be with the dad.
good luck with all of it. Courts these days do not any longer just blindly choose the mother over the father. They are more interested in facts. So have factual evidence and proof with you for court.
