How do you send kids money, so that they can only cash in?

We sent my nieces some money, but they’re both under eighteen. They don’t have a driver’s license or anything, so how do you send money to kids through the mail and them be able to cash it? The money-order wouldn’t do. I guess you have to be eighteen to cash a money-order.

    Next time send them a prepaid Visa Gift Card.
    They can use the card irregardless of their age and it is safer than sending cash thru the mail.

    i’m voting with the prepaid gift card! you might call western union and ask them about picking up cash without id…
