I started a blog about a month ago and joined affiliate programs, but I need money now and I want to know the best ones out there??

Good question. It depends on the price of the house and how much down payment you want. Right now you need 3.5% down to get an FHA loan and 5% down to get a conventional loan. Anything less than 20% requires private mortgage insurance of 50-100/month on top of your mortgage. I started saving for my house down payment when I was 18 by putting away $200 every two weeks. By the time I was 25 I had about 35k saved up and put about 25% down on a 130k house. It worked well because I don’t have to pay PMI and also don’t have to worry about the value going down as much because I have a large cushion should I need to sell soon.

I am under 16, so i cant work at a store, or work a regular job. I really need some extra money for summer, to buy clothes and stuff but i dont know how to make money. I know that i can babysit, but what else can i do to earn money. I would like to earn 300-500$ by the end of July .Any sudgesstions?

PS: Technically Y0U can work at some places at 16, but you need your parents permission, and they need to sign something.

Honestly the only real legit thing at the last minut would be to sell some of your stuff on Ebay. I cleaned out some used stuff and made well over $1000 in less than a week. You would be suprised at how fast all that unused stuff adds up. And you can even make a couple bucks by adding to the shipping costs.

I need a cheat or something to sell for my webkinz because my webkinz has the flu. I went to Dr. Quack and I can’t afford the medicine, I have no food either. I’m about to loose my account, please help and hurry! Also, I can’t play any games in the arcade, it wont let me for some reason. Oh please someone, Help! Your webkinz cannot die, so don’t worry so much! To get food, click on "my pets" and go to the "daily kinzcare" section. You can click the "i love my webkinz" button once a day and it will give you one piece of food a day and some kinzcash. Also, in the "contact us" section in the newspaper, go to the tab that says "comments and suggestions" and answer the survey once a week. every time you answer you get 50 kinzcash and a happiness boost.
p.s. if you can’t play games, do the employment office, or the gem hunt, you should let ganz know. try sending them a message in the "contact us" section.

I am talking about if I am stranded, can somebody order something I can use over the phone for me?
If the money taker is willing, a third party could give credit card information over the phone to pay for a purchase. Or you could sell something to the attendant — watch, laptop, ipod, etc..
