i got re5 about 2-3 weeks ago, and i need some tips on getting easy money, i tried the marshlands, getting the first two items then selling it, 2000 a trip :p, it helped but wasnt really fast, does anyone know an easy way to make money cause i want to upgrade every weapon, oh and about how much money does it take to upgrade everything?

Chapter 4-1 is a very treasure intensive level, every time you solve a part of the puzzle, you get a piece of treasure. There are also some gems stuck on the ceiling that you can shoot down, and there is a grenade launcher with 12 explosive rounds in a chest. Once you finish the puzzle, a Bat/Scorpion/Centipede boss will drop down and you have the choice to kill it(even though it has about 5 times as much health as the first one) or you can flee and engage in another interactive cut scene (Rapidly tap A to NOT DIE). I suggest bringing plenty of explosives along with the Grenade Launcher, because the gem that the bat/scorpion/centipede boss drops (its called a Soul Gem) is sold for a hearty $10,000.

As for the weapon upgrade costs
The first pistol costs $85,000 to fully upgrade
The first shotgun costs $70,000 to fully upgrade
The VZ61 Sub-Machine gun costs $76,000 to fully upgrade
The H&K MP5 Sub-Machine gun costs $67,000 to fully upgrade
The first sniper costs $90,000 to fully upgrade
The first magnum costs $78,000 to fully upgrade

a little extra cash

clean out your room/ closet
sell your old clothes, movies, books, jewlery, etc

put all your extra change in a piggy bank
a month later take it to the bank
and exchange it for bills
i usually make $20-$30 with all my change

have a car wash in the summer with friends

Ask your library or school if theres anywhere you can tutor and make money
or just simply hang flyers that say you can tutor

ask local hair salons or clothing stores if they need some one to hand out flyers for them
