Blogs are the latest thing to hit the web, and with the upcoming web 2.0 revolution, there’s a LOT of money waiting to be made. Let’s go over a few definitions, and refresh our memory. A blog is simply a journal of some sort that informs it’s readers about any subject, in a topical format, and looks often like a newspaper. If you still are clueless, go read a blog for blogs-sake!

Now you know what a blog is, but in blogs-name is a web 2.0?!? First of all, it’s not “a” web 2.0, its “the” web 2.0. Web 1.0 is the boring, html links everywhere, non-interactive, non-social internet that most of our online experience is comprised of. Web 2,0 is the multimedia rich, user friendly, options galore, and most importantly SOCAIL web that we’re beginning to experience. Sites that allow users to share videos, bookmarks, have discussions, and integrate content left and right, are being defined as web 2.0 websites.

Web 2.0 websites are also toting a new sense of web design style! Those hues of blues and oranges, shiny reflective, yet simple buttons, and CSS driven templates, give the web new standards. Your website should definitely implement these new trends, and if they don’t OUTSOURCE a project to a programmer. Ask him to style your website with CSS 2.0! It shouldn’t be very expensive at all.

So, a blog is like a journal. Web 2.0 is the new standard compliant designed and sociable internet, and “Money to Be Made Online” outlines how to maximize your profit in that environment. This article will discuss blogging specifically, but remember you can avoid the little blunders that make the “newbie” quit, by grabbing a copy right now. This is a great way to make money, because your readers may want more information, and click on the Google links to get it. The best part about it is, everyone loves Google, and some people don’t realize it’s a paid ad. (Get it? “ad” + “sense” = “AdSense”)

So you can make money off your blog by displaying ads and getting paid when people click on the ads. You can also expand on this by creating a downline, using your blog as the traffic generator. The possibilities are limitless, and you should research other people’s blogs and see how they implement tricks you’ll find in “Money to Be Made Online” in their blogs and online business enterprises.

What’s that you say? You’ve read in 100 different spots how easy it is to make money on the Internet. Oh yeah, I’ve read those sites too. Make $1000 a day, you’ve gotta be kidding. Or how about “quit your job in 30 days”. Yep, I even bought into it for a while.

Trust me, it’s not as easy as some people would have you believe. I’ve tried several different approaches and have found some that work, some that don’t work and some that I’m not sure about yet. But one thing is clear, the Internet is not going to make you rich quickly, at least not as quickly as you’d like.

Internet promise #1
Make a fortune with affiliate marketing! This one seems simple enough, promote somebody else’s product and they will pay you a percentage of what they get paid. An example of this might be web hosting. If you can get somebody to buy web hosting from a provider (like GoDaddy for example) and you are a GoDaddy affiliate, then GoDaddy will pay you a percentage of what that person buys. This seems like an excellent idea, but it’s not as easy as it may seem.

First of all, to get somebody to even click on your link to GoDaddy will be a challenge, then after they click it, what is the chance that they will buy. Not likely. If somebody does click on your link it is more likely an early exposure situation (or first exposure). Sure, they see an ad for inexpensive web hosting, they click to check it out. Of course after that they do some research, maybe sleep on it. Then, if they like what they’ve seen they go back to GoDaddy to buy their web hosting, but not via your link. You do not get credited for the sale (BTW: I’m not picking on GoDaddy here…I like their products and use them…it’s just an example).

So, affiliate marketing’s main challenge is to get the user in a “buy” state of mind before sending them to the affiliate link. Easily said, not easily done.

Internet promise #2
Make a fortune with Google AdSense. I won’t argue that there are people making money using AdSense (or affiliate marketing for that matter), but it isn’t easy. Let me qualify that, it isn’t easy unless you already have a high traffic web site. If you’re just starting out with a new site, or your site doesn’t have significant traffic then all AdSense will be paying you is pennies. For example, many of the clicks on my AdSense ads pay 3 to 6 cents. With a click through rate of about 5 percent, you need a lot of traffic to generate a reasonable amount of money.

Why am I telling you this? I know everybody wants to hear that this stuff is easy and they’ll be able to quit their jobs and work from home. I’m telling you this because you need to hear it, you need something to cut through all the garbage on the net trying to sell you an easy fix. It is possible to make money, but you’re going to need to work at it and it’s going to take time.

The next question you are thinking is “what can I do?”. The only answer to this question is this, GET TRAFFIC TO YOUR WEB SITE. It’s that simple, you need to increase your traffic before even thinking about affiliate marketing or ad programs. The only reliable way I’ve found to increase traffic is via article marketing! That’s the reason that I’m writing this article, to get you to read it, then follow the links in the resource box. I'm a stay at home mom of 4 children ages 5 months, 2yrs, 4yrs, and 5yrs. The oldest doesn't start school till next September and I will not put them in day care. I have a B.S. in Elementary Education. I need to contribute to my families finances since my husband does not make enough money as a self-employed contractor. What could I do from home to bring in at least $1000 - $2000 per month or more? I considered working for Willow or Alpine Access, but you need a quiet home working environment for that. My kids are awake from 7am till 8 or 9pm and don't take naps. There has to be something I can do. Thanks for all your suggestions.

Dont go for any such company, Google Adsense is free for all.Google dont charge anybody for it but a little bit difficult for the newbies.Alternatively you can go for Affiliate Marketing with Clickbank where a few innovative tricks will fetch you good paychecks.

we've been trying to get the kids for 2 years now, no one will help unless you have money, at this time we can't afford an attorney, we just want the kids safe away from her. There best interest is with the father, he's very willing to get his kids. Is child protective services an easy and fast way too get the kids in his care? or is there another fast but non-expensive way a father can get his kids and they're still married, shouldn't he have the rights to get his kids without a problem?

if he does'nt not have money how can he afford children?
